Colorado Springs police say a 33-year-old that left a man critically wounded was arrested Saturday.
Dashawn Hardie Lipscomb, who also goes by “Flex,” is accused of attempted first-degree murder in the Tuesday at a motel on the 1100 block of South Nevada Avenue.
Police said the victim, who was hit by multiple rounds, remained in critical condition at a Colorado Springs hospital as of Wednesday. Officials did not update his condition Monday upon announcing Lipscomb’s arrest.
Police, as they sought Lipscomb, said he should be considered armed and dangerous, police say.
