A Denver district judge has issued an after he failed to appear Tuesday at a court hearing, according to court records.
Stepan Zeytunyan, 28, who faces a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, failed to appear Tuesday at a disposition hearing before Judge Ann Frick, court records show.
Frick ordered that Zeytunyan’s $50,000 bond be forfeited and issued a warrant for his arrest.
The prosecutor’s office alleges that Zeytunyan assaulted his juvenile student from 2010 until 2013.
Previously, Zeytunyan was charged in a similar case in 2014. Authorities allege he assaulted a 16-year-old girl who was attending a grand opening party for one of his gyms.
