Denver police investigated a three-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in which a police officer was injured, officials said.
Two officers were transported to a local hospital after a crash that police tweeted about at 4:16 a.m.
One officer was transported with possible serious injuries and the other officer was taken to a hospital for “precautionary measures,” said Denver police spokeswoman Raquel Lopez.
However, Denver police tweeted at 10:15 p.m. that both officers had been treated and released.
One person was in custody, police said.
No one else was injured in the crash, Lopez said.
The crash took place on Interstate 25 at 20th Street.
No further details were available as of 9 a.m.
