Denver authorities on Monday identified the 30-year-old man slain in the southeast part of the city.

Dareon Tarbor was pronounced dead at Denver Health Medical Center of multiple gunshot wounds, the city’s medical examiner’s office said.

“The manner was determined to be homicide,” according to a release from the office.

Police say the shooting happened at an apartment complex at 11100 East Dartmouth Avenue and that investigators are searching for one or more people who fled after the killing.

Further details in the shooting have not been released.
