Saturday. As in previous years, the 10th annual Denver Zombie Crawl along downtown’s 16th Street Mall will attempt to set the world record for the largest event of its kind (previous years have attracted more than 30,000 costumed participants). In addition to the costume contests, live music and after-parties that surround the free, all-ages epicenter at Skyline Park, zombies also can enjoy artist Andrew Novick’s zombie-themed ramen noodle pop-up restaurant, live stand-up comedy and lucha libre wrestling, a troupe performing the “Thriller” dance and professional makeup artists as part of Denver Pavilions’ “Zombie Zone,” which starts at noon. Zombie Crawl events run 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Free.
