The Aurora Police Department is investigating after someone in a vehicle on Interstate 225 shot at another commuter early Friday morning, officials said.
Investigators are now searching for a dark-colored Cadillac with dark, tinted windows, said Aurora police spokeswoman Diana Cooley.
The dark-colored vehicle and a white sedan were southbound on I-225 from East Iliff Avenue around 3 a.m. when a person in the black vehicle shot multiple rounds at the white sedan, Cooley said
The occupants of the vehicles do not appear to know each other and no one was injured in the incident, Cooley said.
The white vehicle was towed for evidence.
