Denver police are looking for two men who robbed a homeowner at gunpoint.
The incident happened at about 11 a.m. Oct. 21 in the 1200 block of South Mariposa Street, according to a Denver Police Department Crime Alert.
Police released photographs of the pair on Thursday.
The men claimed to be officers during the robbery, police said.
Police described one robber as a white man, between the ages of 50 and 64, about 5-feet 10-inches tall and 250 pounds. He is balding and was wearing prescription glasses with dark, black rims.
The second robber is described as a white man, between the ages of 30 and 49, about 6-feet 2-inches tall and 250 pounds. He was wearing a dark ski cap and dark jacket during the robbery.
Anyone who recognizes either of the men, or who has information on the crime, is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720 913-STOP(7867). Tips can also be made to the crime stoppers mobile device app. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for an award of up to $2,000.
