A Fort Collins man was arrested Saturday after he violated a protection order and bond conditions by driving past the Front Range Community College campus in Fort Collins.

College officials decided to issue a lockdown until the man, David Moscow, 29, was located.

Moscow was arrested in Longmont Saturday afternoon and taken to the Larimer County Jail.

Moscow was previously arrested after he made indirect threats about the college’s Fort Collins campus.
