An emergency relief fund has been created to support community-wide healing efforts in the aftermath of last week’s Planned Parenthood attack in Colorado Springs.
The initiative by the Pikes Peak Community Foundation will provide financial resources to local nonprofits and agencies, including first responders, working to meet future recovery needs, organizers say.
Tax-deductible donations for the fund can be made online at or sent by mail to the Pikes Peak Community Foundation at 730 N. Nevada Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
The Pikes Peak Community Foundation asks that checks be noted with “ERF: Crisis Intervention.”
