A former St. Vrain School District teacher has been arrested on suspicion of unlawful sex with a former student.
Peter Felix Dalby, 40, was arrested Saturday, according to a Louisville Police Department media release.
Dalby is suspected of unlawful sexual contact by a person in position of trust, police said.
Dalby allegedly had sexual contact with a 17-year-old girl, who was a former student.
The alleged incident took place at a Louisville residence after Dalby was no longer employed by the school district.
Dalby worked in the district from August 2010 until July 2015, when he resigned as a teacher at Silver Creek High School, a district spokesman said.
