State Rep. Dan Pabon disclosed in a statement Wednesday that his blood-alcohol content was 0.14 when on March 17.

“I will continue to fully cooperate with the legal process, and am prepared to accept any consequences for my actions,” the Democrat said in a statement.

Pabon , noting his role in passing some of Colorado’s anti-drunk-driving measures.

Pabon was pulled over at about 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Glenarm Place and West Colfax Avenue. He failed a roadside sobriety check, police said.
