A Jefferson County Sheriff’s SWAT team raided a home in unincorporated Jefferson County before daybreak Tuesday looking for evidence of drugs and automobile theft, said Mark Techmeyer, sheriff’s spokesman.
The home at 5990 W. Bowles Ave. is a “quality of life issue for the neighborhood,” Techmeyer said.
About a dozen people were in the house. Deputies arrested four of them on outstanding warrants.
Three others were arrested on drug charges, Techmeyer said.
Gangs may be involved in activities at the home, he said.
