The latest incarnation of the immortal “Star Trek” franchise takes the form of a multi-media concert tour making a stop at Denver’s Paramount Theatre Thursday, April 28. “Star Trek: The Ultimate Voyage” features a full symphony orchestra playing the various TV and movie themes while a giant screen blasts the series’ familiar visuals. Hard to know from the advance P.R. whether the show captures the whiz-bang of the theatrical films, but it does come with conductor, Justin Freer, a hot commodity on the sound track scene. 8 p.m. April 28, Paramount Theatre, 1621 Glenarm Place. $35-$65.
