Vail Resorts’ free SchoolKids Colorado promotion ends on Monday.

That leaves less than a week to , which gives all Colorado elementary-school kids 16 free days of skiing.

The Epic SchoolKids pass provides four free days each at Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Breckenridge. First-timers can get a free lesson and equipment rental in December and January. But you need to register in person by the end of the day Monday at Colorado Ski & Golf, Colorado Ski & Sport and Boulder Ski Deals.

More than 30,000 kids signed up for the pass last year, the first season Vail Resorts offered the pass to kindergarten through fifth-grade students.
