In April, Thomas Mark Moore’s disposition hearing was rescheduled to Monday — it had been . Monday morning the judge scheduled his next hearing — a preliminary hearing this time — for 2:30 p.m. July 19 to give Moore time to continue working on negotiating a deal.
Moore, 43, is charged with four counts of unlawful sexual contact and two counts of attempted unlawful sexual contact, all felonies. Moore also was arrested by Fort Collins police in December and accused of from December 2013 to April 2015, according to a Larimer County arrest affidavit.
