Valor Christian quarterback Dylan McCaffrey was named to on Tuesday.
The senior-to-be completed 64.7 percent of his passes last season for 2,800 yards, 27 touchdowns and just four interceptions, leading the Eagles to the 5A state title.
“The No. 22 recruit overall and Michigan commit is a national player of the year favorite after accounting for 3,392 yards and 40 touchdowns for a team ranked 25th in the country to start the season,” according to MaxPreps.
McCaffrey was a 2015 .
