BOULDER — A Boulder woman who police say is a known drug dealer has pleaded guilty to a felony drug charge stemming from the overdose death of her boyfriend.

The Monday that 24-year-old Nina Schwartz pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance. Prosecutors agreed to drop manslaughter and negligent homicide charges in exchange for Schwartz’s plea.

Her 33-year-old boyfriend, Austin O’Loughlin, was found dead Feb. 28, 2015, after police received a 911 call from Schwartz. Investigators say Schwartz waited almost four hours after she knew O’Loughlin had overdosed to call for help.

Police found heroin and drug paraphernalia in the home, including syringes, pipes and spoons.
