Colorado Springs resident Jose Padilla, 32, crashed into two police cruisers which had their emergency lights on while the officers were investigating a traffic accident, police say.
Police arrested Padilla on suspicion of driving under the influence when he hit the cars on North Academy Boulevard and Montebello Drive in Colorado Springs at about 2 a.m. Saturday.
No officers or citizens were injured in the crash, according to police.
