A 22-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly cut another man’s face with a machete during an argument, Colorado Springs police said.
Police said Sean Mantz is accused of first-degree assault and crimes against an at-risk person after he grabbed a machete and swung it at the victim, who is paralyzed from the waist down.
