A 33-year-old registered sex offender pleaded guilty last week at a Denver Broncos’ game in October.
Jacob Magee admitted to one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a Class 6 felony. The Denver District Attorney’s Office says under the terms of his plea, Magee could be ordered to serve up to 60 days in the Denver county jail, followed by probation.
The judge will decide Magee’s penalty at a sentencing hearing set for July 10.
On October 30, 2016, at Mile High Stadium during a Broncos game, Magee using his cellphone to take pictures up her skirt, prosecutors say.
He fled the scene but was later identified and taken into custody.
Denver police released surveillance images from the stadium of Magee with a prosthetic leg and wearing a Von Miller jersey.

Prosecutors said earlier that Magee was registered as a sex offender in Lafayette.
