A man who attacked two women on the High Line Canal Trail was sentenced Thursday to 30 years in prison.

Demaricus Bookhart, 26, pleaded to aggravated robbery, attempt to commit sexual assault and menacing, according to the Denver district attorney’s office.

Bookhart assaulted two victims in separate 2016 attacks, one on Aug. 18 and the other on Aug. 26. One , and a stolen iPod belonging to a victim was later recovered in Bookhart’s possession.

Bookhart also was sentenced to聽10 years of supervised probation as a sex offender.
