If Broncos kicker Brandon McManus seems a little shaky on Monday night against the Chiefs, we may have a culprit.
McManus on Friday posted a photo of the now-infamous Carolina Reaper Madness chips — of #OneChipChallenge fame — to his Twitter account and while there is no evidence that he’s actually eaten the chips (or made a rookie eat one), we’re keeping an eye out.
Carolina Reaper Madness chips, like the one in McManus’ photo or in single-chip packages, are the “world’s hottest chip” (according to their manufacturer). You may most recently remember the chip for during the morning show’s attempt at the #OneChipChallenge.
McManus may be the biggest foodie on the team, penning his and chatting it up with local chefs at so we wait in anticipation to hear his review of the hot chip.
While we watch McManus’ Twitter account for evidence of any Broncos taking on the challenge, we can enjoy his usual favorite topics: Temple football and Gwen Stefani puns.
