A former nurse at North Suburban Medical Center pleaded guilty Friday to attempted unlawful sexual contact of a patient.
Thomas Mark Moore, 45, on Nov. 8, 2016, fondled a woman who went to the medical center complaining of a severe migraine headache, according to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office.
Moore also pleaded guilty to last month.
In the Adams County case, Moore faces up to 12 years in prison under the terms of the plea agreement. The Adams County sentence will run concurrent to the Weld County sentence, which is 12 years in prison.
He had also been charged in Larimer County on .
He’ll be sentenced Dec. 19 in Adams County.
