Santa Claus visited the tiniest patients at Loveland’s Medical Center of the Rockies, in the Special Care Nursery, on Friday.

Many of the babies he visited are too small to leave the hospital, according to a press release. So Santa came to them to spread good cheer and pose for photos.

Babies in the Special Care unit are typically born between 34 and 36 weeks and may need extra help breathing or with other issues, according to the release.
