An alleged 15-year-old drunk driver and her teenage friend reportedly used a stolen vehicle to ram into a police cruiser early Sunday, Colorado Springs police said.
Officers responded to the IHOP in the Broadmoor Towne Center near Southgate Road and South Nevada Avenue on the city’s south side after they allegedly skipped out on a bill at the restaurant, police said.
The girls hopped into the car – believed to have been stolen from El Paso County – and stopped on the north end of the shopping center.
