A person running with a dog found a woman’s body along a creek-side jogging area in Pueblo.
Police received a call about the discovery about 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, according to a news release.
The body of the unidentified woman was discovered in the area of Fountain Creek just north of the East 8th Street bridge, police said. Detectives were investigating the discovery Tuesday night.
The Pueblo County Coroner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the woman’s cause of death.
