Is Broncos rookie Bradley Chubb as good as advertised?
The Broncos’ No. 5 overall pick made his presence known on Saturday, recording a safety against the Bears early in the first quarter.
On third-and-14, Chicago quarterback Mitchell Trubisky failed to catch the ball from center on the snap. As he scrambled to grab the football, Chubb shot past the offensive line to record the sack and the safety.
The score gave Denver a 2-0 lead.
