A person was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound in west Denver on Friday afternoon and a second shooting victim walked into a local hospital a short time later, police say.
The victim who walked into the hospital was shot in the leg, said Jay Casillas, a Denver police spokesman.
The shooting happened at 14th Avenue near Federal Boulevard at about 2:10 p.m., police said.

Fourteenth Avenue west of Federal Boulevard is closed for the investigation.
Further details on the condition of the first victim were not released. Both victims are male and both were shot in the same incident, Casillas said.
No information was immediately released about any possible suspects.
