Thieves not only attempted to steal from an ATM at a bank in Aurora over the weekend, it appears they tried to take the entire ATM itself.
The suspect or suspects drove a front-end tractor into an ATM at a Wells Fargo bank branch at 35th Avenue and Tower Road on Saturday, according to an Aurora police tweet.
APD is investigating a failed attempt to use a 🚜 to steal an ATM from the at 35th/Tower. No one is in custody yet. Please call 303-627-3100 if you have any information.

Although the theft attempt caused significant damage to the ATM, the thief or thieves failed to get any cash from the machine, according to police.
The thief or thieves abandoned the tractor at the bank and took off, police say.
No arrests had been made, according to police.
