A suspect in a shooting death in Colorado Springs was arrested in Mexico and has been extradited to Colorado, authorities said.
Edwin Figueroa, 26, was arrested March 12 by the U.S. Marshals Service and local police, according to a news release.

Figueroa is wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder in the Jan. 2 death of 17-year-old Ervey Enriquez, Colorado Springs police said.
The suspect was extradited back to Colorado on March 28 and booked into the El Paso County jail, where he remains.
The El Paso, Texas, Police Department homicide unit and other law enforcement agencies assisted investigators.
