More severe storms are expected to hit the Front Range and Eastern Plains on Saturday, potentially producing large hail and strong wind gusts, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.

Isolated tornadoes are also possible in the Eastern Plains, where storms are expected to hit around 6 p.m. The storms are expected to hit the Front Range earlier, starting at about 3 p.m.,

The prospect of more severe weather comes after thunderstorms hit the Denver metro Friday night, bringing large hail, heavy rain and flooding to the area.
