A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a Lakewood Walmart that allegedly stemmed from a parking dispute.
Kile Joshua Chaca, 21, of Lakewood, was arrested about 6 a.m. Wednesday, according to police. He was taken to the Jefferson County jail and held on suspicion of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
About 9:30 p.m. Sunday, police responded to shorts fired at Walmart, 440 Wadsworth Blvd., according to a news release. A Denver man was shot multiple times. He was taken to a hospital, where he remains in stable condition in the intensive care unit.
