A 16-year-old boy has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a shooting death in Aurora.
The juvenile, who is not being named because of his age, is charged with manslaughter and possession of a weapon by a previous offender, the Aurora Police Department said in a news release.
On Thursday, officers were dispatched to a residence on the 13600 block of East 14th Avenue in response to a shooting, police said. They found a dead man, whose identity has not been released.
The Department is requesting that anyone who was a witness or has information about the case call Detective Matthew Ingui at (303) 739-6067.
