Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett will play Coors Field next summer

The 2020 stadium tour arrives in Denver Aug. 30

Bust out your extra-hold hairspray and rip those stockings anew: hair-metal’s biggest acts are playing Coors Field next summer.

Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard and Poison, with opener Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, will headline the home of the Colorado Rockies with a concert that starts at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30.

Tickets for the quadruple-threat bill are on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13 via . Prices have not yet been announced, owing to promoter Live Nation’s practice of withholding them from press releases.

A presale for Citi card members begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10 and runs through 10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12. Visit  for details.

The Denver stop is one of more than a dozen on the stadium tour, which includes dates at well-known venues such as Chicago’s Wrigley Field and runs June through September next year.
