A police action that brought a SWAT team to Lone Tree ended peacefully, with one person in custody Tuesday night.

The city of Lone Tree asked residents to avoid Erminedale Drive at about 4:40 p.m. Tuesday and told people on the street to shelter in place while police worked in the area. Police and a SWAT team surrounded one house on the street.

A Lone Tree police spokesman said no one fired any shots. He couldn’t release what crime the person was suspected of.
