Cherry Creek owned the paint, collecting 66 of all rebounds and swatting five shots in their 85-34 win over Dakota Ridge on Monday.
Jana Van Gytenbeek lead Cherry Creek with 24 points scored while also collecting six rebounds and 12 assists. Cali Clark had a good night, recording 17 points, nine rebounds and two assists.
Dakota Ridge was lead in scoring by Shelby Whiteaker who scored 11 points while collecting three rebounds. Emily Doolittle had a solid night, scoring seven points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Cherry Creek hosting Smoky Hill and Dakota Ridge taking on Bear Creek.
