Jefferson Academy easily defeated Colorado Springs Christian by a score of 52-27 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Jefferson Academy was lead in scoring by Rachel Moreno who accounted for 16 points while also collecting two rebounds and three assists. Lily Thimsen helped the effort by chipping in 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Jefferson Academy heading to play Peak to Peak and Colorado Springs Christian taking on Buena Vista.
