Far Northeast Warriors could not overcome George Washington in 70-56 loss on Saturday, Jan. 25.
George Washington was lead in scoring by Jaida Redwine who put up 20 points while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Maya Whiteside recorded a double-double, scoring 19 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Far Northeast Warriors was lead in scoring by Tosjanae Bonds who put up 24 points while collecting 10 rebounds. Skiyla Wilhite had a productive night, recording nine points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with George Washington hosting Chaparral and Far Northeast Warriors taking on Denver South.
