That’s right Rockies fans, Connor Joe hit his first career grand slam and it was a humdinger.
In Game 2 of a split doubleheader at the Cubs on Wednesday, Joe crushed a 3-1 fastball for a grand slam off right-hander Trevor Megill to straight-away center field. The slam in the fourth inning gave Colorado a 6-5 lead.
