Drinkers visiting WeldWerks Brewing Co. for a pint will soon have the option to order food to pair it with.
The Greeley brewery’s onsite restaurant, The Annex, is preparing to open Monday, Feb. 21, according to an announcement this week. The concept, helmed by chef Tim Meador, will serve a select menu of seasonally inspired small plates that, much like the beer menu, will continually rotate to feature new items.
“Our menu features … cuisine from all corners of the world, including items like Spanish calamari with romesco sauce, pork belly steamed buns, and a crave-satisfying double cheeseburger that takes you right back to your favorite neighborhood diner from childhood,” Meador said in a statement.
Other dishes on the debut include tofu and vegetable yakitori skewers, Brussels sprouts and truffle fries.
The Annex will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
