The is looking for a man in connection to the discovery of a woman’s body inside a hotel room.
On Friday deputies responded to a hotel in the 9600 block of East Easter Avenue on a medical call made by hotel staff, the . Deputies and other emergency responders at the scene determined that the woman was dead. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
The victim was identified Thursday by the as 33-year-old Amanda Nicole Emberson.
“She died of inflicted injuries and her death is classified as a homicide,” the coroner’s office said.
Emberson was last seen by hotel staff on Nov. 29, the sheriff’s office release stated.
Investigators want to speak with 28-year-old Alexander James Morgan, who is a “person of interest in the suspicious death.”
