Reddit user has been simulating the order of how MLB teams will finish in 2023 through a daily virtual marble race since Nov. 12 in the subreddit. The winner of each day’s race earns a spot in the standings in order of worst to best.

Their NL West cohorts — the Padres (predicted record of 88-74), Giants (81-81), Dodgers (77-85) and Diamondbacks (72-90) — have all been eliminated.
