A has been issued after a driver hit a person while he was fleeing the scene of a shoplifting incident in Parker.
The driver was fleeing a Walmart in Parker at about 8:30 p.m. when he ran a red light and hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk at South Parker Road and Lincoln Avenue, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

The man drove north on Parker Road from the crash scene, and a witness last saw the vehicle at Orchard Road.
The man was wearing a black t-shirt and black and gray shorts, and he had a woman in the passenger seat of the vehicle. He was driving a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo with the license plate of AWRS39.
According to witness statements, the suspect vehicle sustained a cracked windshield and possibly driver-side airbag deployment due to the incident.
