One of the top prep quarterbacks in the class of 2025 is planning to come to Boulder.

On Friday, Antwann Hill, a four-star recruit from Houston County (Ga.) High School, gave his verbal commitment to the Colorado Buffaloes, according to 247Sports.com.

Listed at 6-foot-5, 215 pounds, Hill is ranked as the No. 6 quarterback prospect in the 2025 class by 247Sports. He has 28 scholarship offers, including from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Penn State and Tennessee.

Hill, who spent last weekend visiting CU, has thrown for 1,814 yards, 23 touchdowns and only two interceptions, while completing 69.5% of his passes, through seven games this season at Houston County. He also has two rushing touchdowns, but has not been a dual threat as a runner, as he’s got nine yards rushing on the season.

As a sophomore in 2022, Hill threw for 3,663 yards, 40 touchdowns and only three interceptions, completing 70.5% of his passes.

Hill is planning to play in the Under Armour All-American game after his senior year.
