Supply of homes for sale in metro Denver saw a big boost in April

More new listings and a slower pace of closings contributed to a jump in inventory

A big jump in new listings and a modest increase in closings helped push up the number of listings available to home buyers in metro Denver during the peak selling season, according to a monthly update from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
