Actor and musician Donald Glover, who raps as Childish Gambino, put the brakes on his current and supposedly final tour on Monday — including a planned show at Ball Arena on Friday, Sept. 12.

That and more than a dozen other concerts on the tour are being postponed so the 40-year-old can focus on his health, Glover wrote online Monday.

“Hey everyone. Unfortunately I have to postpone the rest of the North American tour to focus on my physical health for a few weeks. Hold onto your tickets. ALL tickets will be honored for the upcoming dates in North America when they are rescheduled. Thanks for the privacy. Thanks for the support. Thanks for the love,” the “Atlanta” star .

Despite his urging, ticketholders for The New World Tour will have to reach out for potential refunds, as they won’t be automatically offered; see for more details.

The show is the second in a row that Glover has postponed in Denver, following a 2018 incident in which he broke his foot in Dallas not long before the Colorado show.

The tour started about a month ago, on Aug. 11, in Oklahoma City, and continues later this year in Europe, the U.K. and Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.

Several other major artists have canceled tours that included stops in Denver this year, or Denver appearances specifically. They include Drake, the Black Keys, Jennifer Lopez, and Neil Young.
