Tim Doran spoke with the Reporter-Herald Monday following the murder of a woman in west Loveland Friday and criticism from the 8th Judicial District Attorney's Office following the incident; the woman has been identified as 71-year-old Toni Ann Fuller, and her son, 30-year-old Michael Fuller, has been charged with her murder.
