Ingredients
2 cups fruit sorbet
2 cups Prosecco or sparkling wine
Directions
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon 1/2 cup sorbet into 4 glasses. Top each with 1/2 cup sparkling wine, or more if desired. Make it kid-friendly by substituting sparkling grape juice for the wine.
