A 31-year-old staff member at the Third Way Center in Denver was charged today with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in his care.
Matthew Crum is charged with a felony, sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
He allegedly assaulted the girl while she was a resident at the center earlier this year.
The treatment center takes in “high-risk, homeless, mentally ill and disadvantaged youth,” according to its website.
He was in the Denver County Jail Wednesday afternoon on $100,000 bond.
