Reverb has heard from multiple sources that is having a hard time moving tickets to his Denver date at the Pepsi Center on March 22. And two announcements today confirmed the hard times for the rapper — in Colorado, at least.

Only 10 days out from the show, jamtronica band announced on its website that it will now open the Pepsi Center bill, which also includes hip-hopper Young Jeezy. The band will perform a full-band live PA set at 7 p.m. on the 22nd.

“STS9 are honored to announce they’ll be supporting the one and only Jay-Z at Denver, Colorado’s Pepsi Center,” the band wrote on its website today. To boot, the band’s STS9Store — — will offer certain upper bowl tickets for only $15, starting at noon on Saturday.

The cheapest price previous to today was $35.50 on .

It was also announced on Friday — via — that hip-hop station KS-107.5 is hosting an upper section at the Pepsi Center for the concert, offering tickets for only $10.75 in that section. (After facility/convenience fees, that number jumps to $20.80 at TicketHorse — where the password for the promotion is KS1075.) The offer is good through the weekend, according to the promoter, while supplies last.

But isn’t that the problem — that the supply is too great? It’s odd timing, too, because Jay-Z is currently riding an impressive wave of popularity. His hit “Empire State of Mind” became his first No. 1 song in November.

We’ll see if Jay can get into a Mile High state of mind in a week and a half.
